We could have been farther along on our run to Baxter Springs Kansas except for all the construction we found today. After leaving Great Falls Montana heading east and south on Hwy 200 we found three separate construction zones before Billings Montana. Montana seems to believe in ripping out the entire section to be resurfaced and start over from scratch. Long waits for pilot cars put us behind in our quest to reach the Mother Road.
Hopefully tomorrow we will be able to make up our lost time and distance.
